Not sure about dates etc, but my wife & I went to this store to purchase a TV, lounge suite, fried & washing machine. All was delivered except the washing machine. I had to phone continuously for someone to come replace the one leg of the lounge suite which was damaged (waited 2 weeks), and waited about a month for the washing machine. I have all the call recordings and itemised billings of my calls to this store. Waiting from the date of purchase for someone to weatherguard my lounge suite too. This account is on my wifes name, but I pay the account, SO FOR NON SERVICE, I STOPPED MY FIRST DEBIT ORDER! LOW & BEHOLD, the harassment started couple days later, "WHEN ARE WE GETTING PAYMENT, WHEN WHEN WHEN (Your efficient Accounts Dpt)!!! You people should learn service delivery then ask for your monies! Day in & day out, phone calls for your monies & today I believe my wife received a call from a lady at Russells claiming to hand us over to the attorneys this Friday if we do not pay! REALLY (1 month in arrears & we handed over, what a joke)??? I am sure you can sense my frustration by now. Will never deal with your Company again!
