I am livid to say the least with the poor service from russells chatsworth, I had purchased a lounge suite in december 2011 & had settled the account in december 2012, I had numerous problems with the lounge suite which had to be replaced several times leaving me without a lounge suite for weeks, it was taken back as the supplier promised a full credit to the store, the total paid to russells was approx R9000.00 but was refunded only R7000.00 in june 2013 taking a knock for the R2000.00, I still receive letters and phone calls regarding an overdue account. Despite me notifying the accounts dept, the regional manager Ashley Kasavan and client care supervisor Tsepo Maketekete the matter has still not been resolved.
