VERY BAD ATTITUDE

THERE IS A LADY THAT TAKES PHONE ORDERS DURING THE DAY THAT HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD PHONE ETTIQUETTE. I CALLED IN ON THE 09/10/2013 TO PLACE AN ORDER. UPON PLACING MY ORDER I ASKED HER TO REPEAT THE ORDER AND SHE REPEATED IT WITH A WHOLE LOT OF ATTITUDE AS IF I WAS ASKING HER TO DO SOMETHING THATS WAS TAKING UP TIME OR THAT WAS WRONG. I THEN ASKED HER HOW MUCH THE ORDER WAS AND AGAIN I GOT ATTITUDE FROM HER. I SAID THANK YOU AND BEFORE I KNEW IT THE PHONE WENT DOWN ON MY EAR. ALSO ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS THIS LADY HAD TAKEN MY ORDER AND I RECIEVED AN INCORRECT ORDER. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER WHO SAID HE WILL SORT IT OUT. OBVIOUSLY NOTHING HAS BEEN SORTED SINCE THERES STILL ALOT OF ATTITUDE COMING FROM THIS LADY. SHE NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT PROPER PHONE ETTIQUETTE.
