We went to Decofurn on the 17th of August 2013 to look for furniture for my new house, there was a table we were interested in, but they were out of stock. So we told the sales lady, I am only moving into the house at the end of November as the house is still being built, so she said it is fine, we can pay and they will notify us when the table is in stock again as we are not in a rush.

When we got to the teller, the lady said we cannot pay as there is no stock, so we went to the sales lady went to the manager and the manager said it is not a problem.

Then the other manager came in and said there is no way we can do this, he wont allow it. So my father told him in a polite way, we don't want it now, only in 2 or 3 months time, so the manager screamed at my father, "I already said you cant do it, i know what customers say and then in 2 weeks you start bugging us for the thing." i find this to be totally unacceptable way to talk to customers, i understand that paying for an out of stock item puts them in a difficult predicament, but at least have the professionalism to say it in a polite way and not scream at customers. They will not see us again, that is for sure.
