I ordered shoes from Hush Puppies in Menlyn during December because I only buy Hush Puppies and just had to have the pair in brown too! So there was a bit of a mix up problem with the order but after making a simple phone call to Hush Puppies head office everything was resolved in such a professional caring manner, I have not received service like that before in this country! I was phoned with an apology, my shoes will be ready for pick up tomorrow and they have given me a voucher! I work in market research and I measure customer satisfaction for different companies every day but the lengths that everyone at Hush Puppies head office went through to keep 1 customer that they don't even know meant the world to me (and I told everyone as well). Thank you for making my year and giving me back my believe in service in this country. Let me know if you would ever like to do market research, however I don't think you need to assess your customer satisfaction levels ;)
