I'm not going to waste time explaining a lengthy series of events. But it is important that it be known that the after sales service and customer service at House & Home in Gateway is disgustingly terrible. This comes from the branch manager and trickles down to the customer service staff. The branch manager is rude and arrogant and has no ability to assist House and Home customers. Suffice it to say, that i will never again purchase any item from this branch. Apart from the sales guy that assisted in initially purchasing my items, who was helpful in every way the senior staff were terrible in resolving the issue i had with a faulty item, applying blame to the manufacturer. I am a House and Home customer, not an LG customer!!!
