I bought a tv from Joshua Doore in Randburg two years ago and they charged me delivery fee and could not deliver it on time that they had promised then i had to organise my own transport after they promised that since they cant deliver now, they will refund me my delivery charge as soon as i finish paying the installments. I have just finished paying and i took the proof that i used my own transport to the shop and now the Manager says their system cant authorise this because the other Manager who promised me made a mistake, he wasnt supposed to promise me that.
This is so disturbing because if they had not told me that i will get my money back, i would have thought otherwise. The Manager seemed not to care about my concern, THIS IS UTTER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I MUST SAY. I wanted to buy some valuable things again from them but i have changed my mind because of this
