Today the 18th of July, a call centre agent (Cant remember her name) calls me to ask when i am paying my installment for july. When i told her my contract specifies that i make payment on my pay day, which is the 28th so i did not see a need for her to call me before then, she was very rude to me, telling me she needs to make arrangements, for what i have no idea because my account is not in arrears! I wish Homechoice would stop calling clients unless their account is in arrears and they should teach their call centre agents some good customer care!
