Yesterday I tried to purchase your special for the 3TB hard drive. I saw your notification on Facebook and immediately went to your website. Tried to purchase the Hard drive, but it said it was Out of Stock.
I kept refreshing the page, but to no avail. Only - 1 hour later, your Facebook page alerted subscribers that you were out of stock
This is very unprofessional as this was advertised as a One Day Special, but you don't carry enough stock of the product.
You should offer you customers an option of a "Rain Check" so we can purchase the Specials
