I bought a bedroom and louche suite from Joshua Doore in Springs, at first they delivered the wrong bedroom suit and a damaged louche suit. After a struggle off 6 months I was able to get the right bedroom set delivered and after another 4 month (with continuous arguments) finally a different louche suit was delivered. On delivery of the "new" louche suite I noticed that the spacing between the different sections of the suite were not the same (bad assembly) and the 3 - seater couch was sagging in the centre witch was pointed out to the manager at that time because he came with the delivery crew. Again I went back to my local Joshua Doore centre and spoke to manager Kobus that left and now acting manager Ina with no satisfactory response. Then I spoke to a Mr Dunkin at customer care in witch he advised me to file a complaint with attention to him.
Please HELP!!!
