We've owned a Dynamic Bedding high density foam bed for around 10 years and when we had issues with black mould forming between the mattress and the base no matter what we did to try prevent it we contacted the Bed Shop for help. Long story short no one (including Dynamic Bedding) would help us because we didn't have the slip in spite of the fact that the bed has not been in production as long as it's warrantee so it's obvious what the age of the bed was. We eventually opted for buying a new bed since we were assured that the problem was since fixed by ventilating the base.
Took a week to get the bed here since it was not in stock. Within a month the mattress started sagging on the one side so we eventually went back to the Bed Shop for help. Instead of making it a priority Mohammed ordered the replacement mattress to be delivered with the large truck therefore taking longer. We've waited around a month for this bed and it took me going into the store and threatening them to get the bed here. To top it off I am expected to pay R100 to have the mattress delivered 5 km from the Bed shop!
We'll not buy the mattresses we need for our guest house from you! We're done with you!
