A payment was made by Iemas into the Game/Rcs Absa Bank account. Reference used was iemas and the amount totalled R14, 966.28. My husband's Game account number was not used as a reference, and after numerous requests for them to allocate it to his account, we have not received any feedback. The proof which we received from Iemas i forwarded onto Game/Rcs, they said that this is not sufficient. I then asked them if they can not assist us by calling Iemas and letting them explain what happened, to no avail. Wow, to think they won't go this extra mile.
After failed requests, i then requested that the funds be transferred bank into the account which it came from, seems like they don't want to do this either. So what do you guys want to do? please tell me, because this is absolutely pathetic...
