Terrible Service and response time!

We purchased a lounge suit on the 16.02.2013 After a month of it being used the cushions started Sagging and when you sit on them you can feel the bottom base of the structure of the couch, the back cushions started wilting and not springing back to its natural form. We went to furniture City complained, they then dumped us with their suppliers- Campbell-, and told us to sort it out with them. What was supposed to be sorted within 3 weeks has now turned into a 3 month saga of back and forth and lack of communication. We went to N1 City to complain that after 3 months our cushions haven't been dealt with, Which we had called about before hand and upon arrival There was no official complaint made or record of it, only an employee that remembered us from Canal walk - Lindie. She assisted and then referred us back to their supplier who made the couch and only after then was it confirmed that our cushions would be changed and given better quality. 3 weeks later and we still don't have the cushions. This run around has been tiresome and Furniture City should have handled all communications with the supplier and not just dump the problem in our hands. I will not purchase again from them!
