I paid my Jet account in full on 28/05/2013 and closed my account but now 7 weeks later it is STILL reflecting in arrears with Transunion. I am unable to get any credit with this reflecting on my record, I am trying to buy a house and can't get approved with this account reflecting on my record. Transunion can only assist me 60 days after payment and no-one at Jet is willing to assist me. I've got a paid up letter but it can only help me once the 60 days are over. Jet's service is terrible, I will never open an account with them again.
I need Jet to update my credit status with Transunion as paid up.
