I bought 6 outdoor cushions in Dec 2012. None of these cushions had tags stating that the cushions cannot be washed/dry cleaned (Some had holes in the seams where the tags were supposed to be) So, after washing them, the material discoloured. When I went to query this I was told they have never had complaints about the cushions and thus there was nothing they could do. I asked the manager there to please ask someone to contact me concerning this. I have since been there 3 times to ask again if someone can please contact me. I get asked to leave my details every time (as they can never find the details I left the previous time) yet I'm still waiting for this promised phone call!!! In addition, when I went to collect the cushions again, they were covered in mold, which left a terrible smell and horrible stains. So these cushions now cant even be salvaged by buying loose covers. I am disgusted in the poor quality of these items and poor service delivered by the staff/manager at this store. Initial complaint: 13 March 2013 and it still has not been resolved!!! Absolutely shocking that no one has gotten back to me since the initial call, despite having been there 3 times again!
