Not interested in helping me at all (BAD CUSTOMER)

I walked into edgars store the glen during my lunch time to purchase a cellphone, the is no one to help me, after i have helped myself to select a phone the supervisor approaches me to ask if i needed any help and i responded yes may i have this cellphone then the supervisor asks a lady by the name of bitumelo to get it for me but bitumelo goes to the back to fetch the fone and goes for 20minutes and only to come back and say she doesnt have stock. and she ignores me while i let her know that i need another type which i pointed on display. She started to help a courier guy who came to collect faulty phones while i wait the for her to finish her supervisor comes again and asks if i am sorted and he tries to tell bitumelo that she should have helped me first befor the courier guy but she has attitude towards me, doesnt apologies and she claims that she asked me to wait for the other consultant as she has to deal with the faultty phones with the RAM guy. Maybe edgars put internal customers first than anyone as in this scenario i am put second or maybe its because i was wearing work uniform and i work in the center it means i am not important. i ended up not buying the fone as i had.
