Went to purchase a cellphone at mtn after my claim from insurance was recieved.i asked after recieving the Sony Xpiria phone model M if it was also was waterproof the answer i got was yes after i tested it the fone didny want to work anymore. When i went back to the shop was told by the very same Nomzamo that shes never said anything about the phone being resistant to water so now its so unfair im stuck with a phone thats only 3 days old and have to wait for monday to get feedback because the supervisor and the consultant wil only b back on monday. As a customer i feel my srrvice iis not wanted its as if the sale was only done to just get out of the shop she couldnt even give me prices or ideas on phones that have a value of 3000 to 4000.This cinsultant is rediculous and i think i should be shown some justice and get the treatment of a customer.
