I was convinced that i needed cellphone insurance after i nearly lost my fone early this year but i did know how much of inconvience it would be. I first took my phone to Edgars for it to be repaired at mid august, the (green) and menu button was not working. I was told that i would have to wait 3-6 weeks till i get it back. Fair enough i patiently waited. Then on the 20/09/2013 i was called to fetch it and i had to pay an access fee of R200. I payed it. To my surprise when i got home i noticed that they had put a new screen on it but the problem that i initially reported was not fixed. I called the Finrite Repairs on the 21/09/2013 to notify them about the issue and i told the lady Cindy that i was not prepared to wait for another 3 weeks for my fone. I paid their fees and they are still deducting the monthly fees so why should i wait. I called in on the 17/10/2013 and spoke to Karmva who said she escalate it but still no response. I sent a complaint to Customer service no one responded. This stupid insurance has not only ripped me off but also caused so much inconvience. when you decide to give my phone back i am going to cancel it and close the Egars account. IT IS USELESS!!!
