I' writing this letter to express my disappointment towards Edgars out source
cellphone repair department. On the 26/09/13 brought my my cellphone to repair
the screen for second time within 6 months and I was informed by the by Edgars
(South Gate) personnel that access of R240 will paid.

The cellphone was booked for repair with insurance and the cellphone remained
with repairs for 4 weeks without being repaired.

On the (22 Oct 2013) I personal approached the store regarding the delay and
also demanded to speak with the repair department tel-phonically to get
answers.

I spoke to (call center agent) Lerato and Happy regarding the matter and I
was informed that they cant repair the phone before I could confirm to the
access. Due to my frustration requested to speak to the
supervisor or Manager.

The (supervisor) Janine Ismailshe also informed me that cellphone is not yet
repaired due required access payment. I was forced to scream, swear and demand
my cellphone to repaierd immedietly, worse had to collect the cellphone
personally at Florida call center.

Sadly week later had to take back my cellphone back to Edgars for repair due
the screen which was falling of
