Remove your faulty dishwasher from our premises and give us our money back. I find it appalling that two very recognisable brands are trying to sweep the problem under the mat, with no one wanting to claim ownership of this problem. We bought our dishwasher at the scratch and dent warehouse... note scratch and dent, not semi-DYSFUNCTIONAL. We were told we bought a B-grade product so there was nothing Tafelberg could do for us. Not good enough Defy and Tafelberg. If you cannot stand by the functioning of your products do not try to pass it off as fully functional with just a button missing. This is misrepresentation and we are not interested in repairs to a brand new machine that started giving problems after 6 months. We will not accept anything less than our money back.
