Three years ago (2011) I bought a Defy C250 fridge, for R 2600
At the start of 2013 the fridge had already started giving me problems, fridge was warm.
I paid another R 1600 2 years later for repairs.
Now a few months later I am sitting with the same problem.
Defy are very happy for me to have to thing repaired AGAIN at a discount of 30% for parts.
Second repair in 3 years, and I get a discount of 30% on parts!!!
Disgusting.
This Defy fridge was the biggest waist of money ever spent.
To bed for me. Lesson learnt.
To consumers out there; there are many manufacturers for kitchen appliances.
I would steer well clear of Defy, and save myself the trouble.
