Tafelberg and DEFY you are a disappointment

We purchased a DEFY dishwasher in April last year from Tafelberg's scratch and dent warehouse having been given the assurance that the only defect was a missing button, which we subsequently installed. Within a few months the dishwasher started giving trouble - ruined our newly installed laminate flooring in our scullery when it overflowed which we replaced at our own cost, only for it to flood again and damage the flooring a second time. Tafelberg sent out the Defy technician who acknowledged there was a problem but could not actually find it. He however got it to work in the interim, telling us to call in when it happens again. It happened again and again which I reported stating that I was not happy with this temporary solution for a brand new appliance. They replied it was a B grade appliance so they could not replace it. We paid an A grade price for it less R500 for a missing button. I would expect DEFY to stand behind their brand, instead they have been ducking and diving and passing the buck between Tafelberg and themselves waiting for our warranty to expire. Well shame on you. Today I have tried to wash the same dishes 3 times and now the machine will not work at all.
