I got a brand new dishwasher as a wedding gift Dec 2013 went on holiday and just came back and started using it. It worked but today it didn't want to pull the water in the machine. I phoned Defy in Johannesburg and they were willing to send me a technician until they found out that I'm from Pretoria, they asked me to call Pretoria to help me but Pretoria refused to help me as they want proof of purchase, I gave the serial numbers and they said this machine was discontinued in 2011 but still I can't get help from Defy Pretoria and I'm stuck with a brand new dish washer.
I have a Defy washing machine and therefore had asked that they buy me a Defy dishwasher thinking its a reliable brand but I'm utterly disgusted with the response. I feel like a criminal because I can't get help because I don't have proof of purchase although I told Dannie that if they send a technician they will see that this machine is brand new. NO was the answer I got
I need help, can someone please help me.
