On the 21/11/2012 I bought a LG Dishwasher (top of the range) at Tafelberg Furnishers in Bellville, today for the 3 time the dishwasher fails to switch on, the previous two times a technician was send out to re-clue the digital part that keeps getting loose. The second time the technician admitted to me that this is a regular problem with this specific dishwasher that did not come cheap as I paid R8450 for it. I had enough now, I want a new machine, firstly I bought R32000 items on the same day that Tafelberg stored for me as we were building on at our house. Lucky I also took a extended guarantee that cost me R699, as it looks like LG PRODUCTS is!!! I want a new machine not some technician coming out and opening a new machine for the 3rd time because of a default in YOUR product. NEW MACHINE OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! This year Christmas was at our house, instead of enjoying time with our family we had to stand and wash 18 guests plates and cutlery as our top of the range dishwasher was not working again.

Also I want someone with a managerial position to phone me not some call center person who can't make any discussions regarding my dishwasher.
