Yesterday we went to food lovers market hillfox for one of their breakfasts. We were appalled by the standard of service and the quality of food we received. We ordered the good ol English breakfast and when it came to the table all the food was cold, we then sent it back as the butter they provided was cold and hard and with the cold toast could not be spread onto the toast (the only thing on the plate mildly hot was the eggs). The second plates came back with NO improvement! I then approached the manager and after a short while came back with a scolding hot plate, but the food was still cold. I then decided to give up as even the manager didn't care. The manager came the check if it was fine and I told him it was not, as I was not willing to send it back for a fourth time... I just wanted to get out of there. My logic tells me that they don't prepare the food fresh, but make it in bulk before they opening am not happy with the service received from the kitchen AND from the so called manage
