My family and I (6 in total) had breakfast after the Blisters for Bread on 25 August. We arrived at 11am. We ordered 5 eggs and bacon breakfasts and 1 had an Express Roll. I had to send my food back as it was cold, when it arrived 25 minutes later it was even colder so i sent it back again, and after waiting for another 10 minutes, it arrived by me with a lump of bacon fat on my plate (and the egg was still cold). By now everybody had finished their food already. We discussed it with the "manager" at the time and he just said sorry! He was walking around stacking chairs. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER! I sent my plate back with the fat on it and told them I didn't want it, was absolutely appalling. Then the bill was incorrect, a mega cappucino was charged as 2 x cappucino's, R34!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WE STILL CAN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT OUR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THAT PLACE. Service was! Food was! Venue was!
