Went to Spurs in Greenstone to start the day with their 'special' breakfast that is advertised in the newspaper and radio. What a disaster - coffee was cold and bitter, ordered brown toast - received white toast. Breakfast arrived 10 minutes after the toast (the toast was cold when it arrived). The tomato's were completely raw, not grilled, the bacon was grey and tasted off and the eggs were hard and not soft as ordered. The chips were ice cold and not properly cooked. The only thing that was acceptable was the jams, but could not use them on the cold toast. Rather raise the price a bit and ensure that the food is edible as I would rather pay a bit extra and get something to eat than pay R20.00 for food that could not be eaten
