I bought on Friday late afternoon, a Genesis Hydro Wet/Dry Vacuum amongst other things. I somehow misplaced my till slip so went back this morning to ask for a copy. I went to customer service thinking it was the right place to be, only to be ignored by the /-8 staff that were there, eventually I was told to go to information about my request. There were no staff at the desk, but plenty standing around in groups. I asked for help, to be told the supervisor is in a meeting! Syabonga Mndebele told me he was the manager and he was in this meeting because it is the first day! Meetings like this should be held before the store opens surely? His attitude left a lot to be desired, and said his system was down and that I must come back tomorrow. He even said to me it wasn't his fault his system is down, he didn't lose the receipt. I was then told to speak to a lady, who he said was the manager, when I asked her was she the manager, she wouldn't tell me, she just kept saying how can I help you, after numerous attempts to find out if she was his manager or not! How Pathetic. When I went into the shop on Thurs you couldn't move for staff, today they are not interested. Great service Game NOT
