15 February my husband and i went to purchase food from KFC. 1st off we waited of 10min in the line. once we ordered our food we had to wait almost 20min as the people at the back "FORGOT" to make our burgers. when i called the manager and advised him that the other food that i ordered would of been cold because of the time span we waited he said that the food would not be cold and refused to get me fresh food. THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND ABRUPT AND AT THE END OF THE DAY I PAID FOR A MEAL THAT WAS COLD AND DISGUSTING. KFC LENASIA IN THE CBD OF LENASIA STINKS AND M ANAGEMENT HAS TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, I AM DISGUSTED AT THE WAY THE MANAGER HANDLED THE COMPLAINT AND THE WAY HE TREATED ME AND EVEN BEING CLOSE TO SYMPATHATIC
