Cold food and poor service

I ordered scrambled eggs on toast to go. My food sat around the restaurant getting cold for more than 10 minutes. The waitress then tried to make me take it anyway, when I refused she said the kitchen would make a fresh order but all they did was put the eggs in the microwave. The result was cold toast and dry tasteless eggs - not what I paid for!
