Last night 17 May we went to dinner. We were a party of 5 - We ordered Speciality Steak - waited quite a while for the food to arrive. When we got the food - the plates as well as our steaks were cold. We called the waiter - WHICH REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY (Rodrick) - he took the food back to the kitchen. We waited again when the steaks arrived back at our tables the plates were hot but the steaks were still cold. We called one of the - we think he was a manager told him that we were not happy as the plates were hot but the steaks were still cold. ONCE AGAIN the food was taken back to the kitchen. After another - 10 MIN we got our food again. At this stage we were not very happy. My steak was ordered MEDIUM to WELL when i got it back the 3 rd time it was burnt and very well done - i could hardly cut the stake and it had a bitter taste. We called the manager again - he said he was sorry can he take a back again - i refused as i am diabetic and had to eat as i injected my insulin. He said he will speak to the kitchen manager and get back to us - this never happend. They offered us each a Don Pedro to make up i dont even drink. I must state this was the worst stake i ever at
