On 1/03/2013 I took 3 adults and a child for breakfast it was a disaster. waited for twenty minutes for tea and juice and there were only a few tables. our breakfast came, 3 of the 4 plates, no toast, by the time the fourth breakfast came our food was cold, still no toast, no sauces on the table. then the heated bread came cause it was just bread that was put on the hot plate for a second. we received 4 portions of margarine for 8 slices of toast we ordered extra cheese griller and chips and the cheese griller only came when we were about to leave. during this time i approached the manager on duty 3 times. Our bill came to 249.25. I approached the manager again and he said that they had a staff shortage. Lerato our waiter apologized over and over but i feel that this was one to many times. Our table was very sticky on the side, when we asked for more butter the manager brought a side plate full the first bottle of sauce they brought was empty so we had to ask for another bottle. There were only a couple of tables this was terrible service and i blame management for not controlling the staff beter.
