I have a problem with a phone that I purchased from CNA Newcastle on the 06/07/13, it was a Blackberry 9320, I gave me problems such as the battery did not last and app world did not work, I did take it back to CNA and they replaced it on the 09/07/13, and now this new Blackberry 9320 is giving even more problems, I did take it back to CNA on the 12/07/13 and they said they would have to send it for repairs, which would take at least 4 weeks, unfortunately I am not able to stay without a phone for 4 weeks due to certain personal circumstances.. CNA should stop selling phones if they going to sell reject ones!
