After many complaints to online shopping about not having all items ordered - supplied, yesterday the worst!!
Placed an order of roughly R2800 worth of groceries. Still awaiting confirmation of items Invoiced. Received bank notification that pnp billed me R3874.67! I wondered to myself how this is possible to have R1000 extra groceries which was not ordered. However I had not received invoice of items billed. The driver left my premises after we checked the groceries in the boxes... still very much confused as to why I was billed so much more. Again there are 3 items supposed to be in the boxes not there are (olives, pizza, ribs = refund amount R118.96). It took us literally an hour to check the groceries as your system is completely disorganized. However to my shock and horror I had sat and added up the groceries supplied and figured out that the extra R1069.81 is for the list of substitutes on the document which had obviously not been supplied. This in turn means that pnp now has R1188.77 of my money for nothing. I asked they explain being over charged R1069.81 but again I just get ignored!
