I bought a six-pack of Pick 'n Pay brand low fat long life milk from the Pinecrest branch almost two weeks ago now (on Sunday the 30th of June), on the 5th of July I opened the pack and found literally hundreds of yellowish eggs in the carton and on the milk containers itself. I emailed photos of above to the customer complaint email address [Email Removed] on the same day and only today got a call from the Queensburgh branch, which is not the branch I bought it from. Seriously disappointed in Pick 'n Pay's customer service, as I am a loyal customer who buys there every week. And still no refund or apology.
