I bought a laptop from game two in march 2013, on 30th july it hada software problem, windows just disapeared, since the salesman who was helping me 'Arno' said I should bring it back if it has a problem within 1 year and it will be fixed or replaced for me for free. Now to my suprise they want to fix it at a charger a R390, there is nothing detailing anything about payments on slips, wand wherever. They called a manager who also refused and shouted at me saying that there is no way they are going to help me. These people went around shouting in afrikaans, a language I do not understand. The laptop was so expensive for this treatment I'm getting, walked out of game crying, I have a lost Masters Theses I have to start afresh
