Good Day
I have yet another complaint against Furniture city regarding damaged good. As per my purchase with the Early December last year I have a problem with the delivery and a damaged couch, after laying a complaint against them they have reacted to my queries. 5 weeks ago I made contact with them again and advised that my mattress is busy tearing and I was advised that they are logging a call with the company and because of the complaint realting to the couch I was advised that the bed company (king Koil) reacts very fast and will be in touch with me. I called them again and I was assured that the call will be logged, after stil waiting I received a call from one of the agents at princess crossing stating that they have a sale should I want to purchase, I explained to her that I keep calling them and also advised about the situation her response was " ARH IM SORRY MAM BUT KEEP TRYING", i am so disgusted, i have been trying to call since friday on the number 0117687146 but the phone just keeps ringing. I tried calling this morning 3 times and the phone still just rings, I would like for them to sort out this matter as soon as possible.
