I had a complaint with Furniture City a year ago, my complaint was regarding a damaged bed. They've responded several times saying that they are still awaiting for stock to be delivered at the store in order for them to deliver my new bed in replacement of the damaged one but Peter I've waited for over a year now anbd still nothing has been done I really don't know what to do now because you can't wait for stock for a year. This matter was logged with you in 2011 and now we're in 2013 and I haven't received my bed. Please help me.
