Identity tokai gets top points for bad attitude an

On 28 June 2013 I purchased a jacket for my son, R270.00, from Identity in Mitchells Plain. He used the jacket on Sunday to church (2 hours) and then on Tuesday to the RAGA function.By Sunday we could see the fluff starting to show on the sleeves.
On Friday 5 July (6 days later) I took the jacket to the Identity branch in Tokai and explained that I was not happy with the quality. The teller then called the supervisor (female) who women handled the jacket and showed a really bad attitude. I was treated like I was a criminal. I was asked for the receipt and unfortunately did not have it with me and indicated to the supervisor that I would have it emailed and printed. She said no and besides the jacket would have to go back for testing and that she would not be able to refund me. Testing what? Besides, I had a credit balance of R321 which means that identity owed me money before the purchase.
This is not the first incident of arrogant behaviour experienced by the management and staff. Previous to this I stood for 10 minutes waiting to be served. There was only 1 teller and 1 customer before me. The others just wandered around in the store. Identity Tokai news a serious wake up call.
