This is now the second complaint I have had to type regarding this USELESS excuse of a service provider! After many, MANY calls made in the past 2 months! That's right! 2 MONTHS to get delivery of our couch that had a very minor issue - we were called on Friday afternoon and then again at 06h30 on Saturday morning (I am not sure who finds it acceptable to phone someone at 06h30 on a Saturday morning, but anyway!), confirming delivery of our couch will take place on Tuesday, 28 January before 14h00 as no one would be at home to accept the couch after that time. My husband got home at around 5pm yesterday, and guess what? NO COUCH!!! Not even a phone call to communicate where the couch is or why it wasn't delivered! We are DONE with dealing with you, DONE with your false promises, DONE with your bad attitude, and we will NEVER buy from Ellerines, or Furniture City again! We don't want our couch back, we want you to send a driver to fetch the second part of the couch from us, and PROCESS A REFUND on this couch so we can buy from someone who will deliver!! We are not negotiating on this, as you are clearly ALL TALK AND NO ACTION!!!
