November 2012 I purchased a lounge set from furniture city cresta. I logged a call for my couch to be fixed as it was sinking in.my couch was collected 3 weeks later. It was returned with damages, my couch is ripped and torn on the sides.i returned it and complainted because this is unacceptable. Today they deliver the couch with more damages. This is and the service is terrible. My complaint number:196884. I will not advise anybody to purchase anything from furniture city!!
