I purchased a Grafton Everest corner couch from Furniture City N1 city. After about two months the cushions on the the couch collapsed. went from puffy to flat) After numerous call to the sales person George and the branch manager Ludi, collection was eventually arranged after having to escalate to Head Office as well on numerous occasions. Original complaint logged 13/2/2013. ref 168341. After a few weeks I had to call the branch once again to f/u on status of repair - no feedback. Ludi (the branch manager) is seriously not pro active no has he got any operational skills. He and his staff do not return calls. On Fr 15/3/2013 he advised that someone would call to arrange delivery of repaired couch, I called him 18/3/2013 Monday morning at 09h00 to f/u, he obviously didn't even diarise to be proactive to see if my couch was on schedule for todays delivery - ghe said would call in 5 min, 45 min later I had to escalate to their, its now 10h00 and still no call from the ever inefficient Brn Mngr.
