Please listen to the call that I received Saturday from Richard - . I have never been treated with such disrespect and when you ask questions a person threatens to block your account. Working in a environment does not give you a right to say whatever you want to your customers especially on a new account where as a client I still need to be loyal to Edgars. What's worse was, I gave Richard an opportunity to realise that holding a mandate of Edgars to block accounts does not override the fact that he should nature my relationship with the institution and treat me as a customer. Someone should really address that appalling behaviour.
