Some Edgars customers are allowed duel 6 month / 12 month accounts. I take a dim view that Edgars cannot treat me like some of their other customers. I pay my account promptly and spend a small fortune at Edgars / CNA monthly. But not to worry: it is possible to take my business elsewhere. And I will be letting friends and family know about how 'excellent paying' customers are treated. Not impressed at all.
I'd hate to know how you treat poorly paying customers.
