I am currently at work and just received a phone call regarding my edgars account all good and well. The more I am trying to explain to this rude man that I am working if he can please just get to the point the more arrogant and he becomes with me. Without my JOB how would YOU like me to pay this account if your colleagues have the urge to speak to your customers with no respect what so ever. its disgusting how the customer service is lacking and after paying my edgars account you still expect me to be a loyal customer to edgars. Not a chance this is disgusuting. getting called 'DUDE' when I am a lady do you discriminate against gender aswell!!! What kind of people do you employ to speak to your loyal customers... I mite have an overdue payment but I still don't know what the I owe cause he still continued with his arragont attitude. And I made a payment last month so its not like you don't get your money either. overdue or not im still a customer.
