Worst Customer Service I have Ever Experienced!!!

On Sat 29 June at around 10:30am, myself and my wife went to our regular Pick 'n Pay Store at Pinecrest Mall in Pinetown (formerly known as Sanlam Centre Mall) to do our monthly groceries. We went to the cashier to pay (Cashier # 15), the cashier whose name was Thembekile on the name tag but when we saw the till slip it was written that her name is Promise, to pay. This young lady asked my wife if we needed any packets and then my wife asked me if we needed some and I answered that yes we do. When my wife answered her back she was busy writing something on a piece of paper and it seems like she did not hear when my wife was answering her back and when she had finished writing whatever she was writing she rudely asked my wife why she did not respond to her question. My wife tried to explain to her that she did respond but maybe she did not hear her because she was concentrating on something else. This cashier went on and on shouting at my wife and asking what does she mean she was not concentrating. This was happening in front of other customers. I also tried to intervene trying to calm her down but she could not back down. I reported the incident to the floor manager who was on duty.
