Hi, I purchased a beige Milano lounge suite from Fielli designs in Springfield, Durban. I was assisted by Thandeka. They told me to pick up the unit from Stanger, which was okay because it is closer to where I stay. When I arrived to pick it up I discovered it was significantly damaged. They said I must chose an alternative colour and I refused because other colours do not match my decor. They said it was the last one in the country. I then asked for a refund, then I was told they will get one for me from Bloemfontein. I went to the shop on Saturday, they told me they will just expose it to sunlight, then it will be fixed. On 02.07.2013 I got a call from Thandeka telling me it will be ordered from Cape Town and I was gonna get it in 2 weeks. I told her I was not happy and I requested a refund. On 03.07.2013 at 13h00 I called her again, she said I was gonna get it in week's time. I told her to at least put it on an email and she did not. So I have lost faith in them and I do not believe anything they say. I no longer want the lounge suite, I just want my money back, R14495.00, which I paid towards the lounge suite.
