I rcvd an sms on the 4/3/13 demanding payment frm Fashion Exp acc that I hav not activated or opened. I only hav a Foschini acc and was worried why Fashion Exp wud send me a demand for payment yet have not acquired an account with them. Besides logically why would I obtain another acc within the same group? I phoned the H/O and was asked to do an affidavit n take it go to a nearest Foshini group store then complete a dispute form. I completed the dispute form and submitted the necessary docs; affidavit and Id copy with Joelene from Carnival branch on the 20/03/13 then on the 22/03/13 went to the Eastgate branch which was helped by Thabile and completed another dispute form. 2 weeks aftr phoned the Foshini H/O to find if they had rcvd any of the dispute forms and was told by Yasin that they rcvd it on the 22/3/13 n wud take 6-8 weeks to investigate. This is so frustrating because not only is my main Foshini acc frozen but my credit record is in line. I'm being told of this big back log they have on these investigations which now my case can take 2-3 months to be resolved.
