My account reflect purchases done without my knowledge. December 2012 my balance was R3372.50.In January I paid R400 but my balance escalated to R4918.16.Customer help deak a cellphone purchase was made on my account and referred me to who said its a dispute matter. I filled a dispute form along with affidavit but nothing was actioned, filled a 2nd dispute but still nothing was resolved.continued with my monthly payments however got daily calls requesting me to pay the overdue. Received a text stating i was listed as a slow payer, called dispute & promised to resolve the issue as soon as they can & wil revert back the interests on the account as well.dispute at a later stage referred me to customer care who referred me to who referred me to dispute who referrd me to finrite who referred me to a store at which the purchases were made in east london.disputes alerted me of other purchases done now amounting R7000 though to my knowledge i am only left with the disputes. Please help, had been sent from pillar to post for quiet a while now and without any progress just a spoiled credit record and a big balance hanging in my account as well as emotional scar from getting calls.
