I PLACED A HOME SHOPPING ORDER ONLINE AND WHEN DELIVERED A THIRD OF THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. NOW I AM REASONABLE AND CAN BELIEVE SOME ITEM TO BE SHORT BUT WE TALKING R1200 RANDS WORTH OF STUFF OUT OF STOCK. DONT BUY THAT. AND IF SO THE STORE IS AT FAULT. I REPORTED IT TO A LDAY AT HOME SHOPPING WHO WAS CHECKY AND TRIED TO TALK TO ME LIKE A CHILD TO EXPLAIN THERE STANCE. ANYWAYS UP UNTIL NOW NO FINALISATION AND NO CALL FROM A MANAGER AS REQUESTED. IF NORWOOD HAVENT GOT ENOUGHT STOCK THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT FROM ANOTHER STORE. IF I AM GOINGT O RECEIVED 2/3 OF AN ORDER AND WILL STILL HAVE TO GO SHOPPING FOR THE BALANCE, PLEASE TELL ME THE BENEFIT TO USE THIS SERVICE!!
